TITA MARAVILHA is a hybrid artivist and inventor of universes. The Brazilian trans woman or the legend of the Pau Brazil girl. She has research focused on the sounds of resistance that denounce and transform violence into power. Through anarkofunk it brings in its performance the pains and delights of being a dissident body. She is an actress, performer, singer, dancer, drag queen, clown, presenter... Graduated in Performing Arts from the University of Brasilia In Brasília she worked in theater, dance, performance and performative theater with masters of the city's cultural scene, such as Simone Reis, Bia Medeiros, Gisele Rodrigues and Hugo Rodas. Member of the research group in theater LPTV (Laboratory of Performance and Empty Theater), Cantigas Boleráveis (Music and Theater) and Rainhas do Babado (Music). Lives in Portugal since December 2018 she becomes an urgent artist for the contemporary art scene in Lisbon.
